Owing to tho severity of tho weather and tho condition of tho ground, tho commencement of the "casualty" camp of tho Wellington Garrison Artillery Division, and the Fifth (Wellington) Regiment, lias been postponed milil Monday. All arrangements as to the times of parades and entrainment for the camp hold good. Tho Mounted Rilles Brigade camp at Oringi will also commence on Monday. The period of the camp will bo eleven dajg.
