ANTAGONISTIC MOTION DEFEATED. By Telctrrarh—Proas Association—Copyright (Rec. May 2, 8.40 p.m.) London, May 2. Tho amendments of the Right Hon. F. E. Smith, Unionist member for tho Walton Division of Liverpool, to reject the Plural Voting Bill was negatived in tho House of Commons by 311 votes to 127. Tho Bill was then read a second time.
