Tho W.S.I'.U., in its reply, has pointed out tlir.l; in its opinion, worthier methods, carried out for sixty years have not justified themselves, that "only siiico tlio initiation of tho militant methods can tho diuso ba. said to liaVo become a living issue, which is at tho present tinn, in tho forefront of practical politics."
