[Specially Writteii for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Vegetable soup. Toad in a. hole. Potatoes, lioast pumpkin. Apricot spongo pudding. SUNDAY. Ox tail soup. Braised fowl. Bread sauce. Baked potatoes. Cauliilojver, Chocolate pudding. Baked custard. FOR SUPPER. Cold fowl. Winter salad. Apple 6now. Meringues, APPLE SNOW. Bako sufficient apples to yield {lb. of pulp, freo from core aud skin, add ilb. sugar, the juice rf a largo lemon, and a C 0 j. tho eizo of a pea (powdered); add tlio whites of three eggs, beaten w) a froth.. Whisk all theso ingredients together for about ten minutes, or until they become like a sponge. Servo in a glass dish. (The alum may bo omitted.) Defiance Butter. All Grocers.*
