'JAPANESE COAL STATION AT ■ PANAMA. By Telegraph—Proas Association—Copyright New York, April 30. Reports have been received of alleged negotiations by the Japanese for a coaljug station at tho Island of Boncador, situated in the Caribbean Sea, near tho Panama Canal mouth. The Stato Department knows' nothing of the alleged negotiations.
