AUCKLAND EXHIBITION.
.AUSTRALIAN WINE AND FRUIT. (By Telegraph— Frees Association.) Auckland, May J. Mr. H. J. Scott, of Adelaide, who will be remembered in conncction with tho International Exhibition, held in Christelm rch, and with tho 1880 exhibition held in Dunedin, writing to Mr. 1\ Notley Meadows, manager of tlio Auckland Exhibition, states that ho is moving in the direction of having tho Governments of New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia represented at the Auckland Exhibition by. an exhibit of Australian win»s and dried fruits. The South Australian Government is agreeable to the PK'jiosal, but, being anxious that tho exhibit. should bo a united one, Mr. Scott is availing information from the Governments of New .South Wales and Victoria before doing anything definite.
