HARRIERS.

The Central Harriers held their weekly run. yesterday from Cliff House, Island Bay. The attendance suffered somewhat, most probably on account of the excitement created by the elections. Only a short run was held, the pack, under the captain and deputy-captain, running along the coastline to Happy Valley, up the gorge for about two miles, and returning the same way. A handicap run-in over 200 yards resulted in a win for C. H. Duck, E. Van{jo and E. B. Smith being second and third. The club afterwards sat down to afternoon tea as tlio guests of a club meiubeir, Mr. E Vango.
