DR. MAWSON SPEAKING, BUT MESSAGES UNDECIPHERABLE'. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 30. Dr. Mawson has for several days been trying to send a wireless message from his headquarters base, Adelie Land, to Australia, but, owing to some unknown cause, the messages have been undecipherable. Professor David presumes that a blizzard has caused an accident to the wireless mast. He believes the party will be safe for tho rest of the, winter, but that the refitting of tho Aurora should be pushed on as speedily as possible, so that she may leave as early as it is thought practicable to get through the ice.
