Franklin, the inalo suffragist, who was charged in December last with setting fire to the Great Central train at Harrow, ..and t™ 9 in March last sentenced to nine months' imprisonment and ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution, has been released. Ho was fed forcibly 114 times.
