All books and sample-packets and newspapers for places within tho Dominion must bo posted half .an hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes.

Unless otherwise specified, registered lettors and parcels-post packages must bo handed in and inoney-ordcra obtained one hour before tho ordinary mail closes.
