GERMANS ARRESTED.
FOE STRIKING FEENCH OFFICIAL. By Tolesrauli-Proiii Association—Oonyrlelit Berlin, April 27. The newspaper "to Matin" states that two Germans have been arrested at Nancy for striking the Depnty-Prosccutor-Gen-eral of France.
