Allen, .New Zealand Defenco Minister, and his party. The Parliamentary Association of Ottawa is also arranging a banquet. . Mr. Allen is unwilling to say anything about the lesult of his visit to England, but it is understood that he lias completed tho draft of New Zealand's naval policy in consultation with the Admiralty.
