[Specially Written for The Dominion.] MONDAY. Potato soup, llarricot of mutton. Potatoes. Swede turnips. Baked apple dumplings. BAKED APPXiS DUMPLINGS. Apples, puff or flaky pastry, cloves. Peel the apples thinly, and put throo cloves in cacf). Roll tlie pastry,,thin, cut it into squares, put an applo in each, and bring the corners of the pastry together on top of the apple. Brush with egg, strew stigar over, and bake about threequarters hour. Serve with butter cud brown sugar. Good tart cooking apples should be used.
