Ho received a cable from Mr. Borden (Canadian Prime Minister) congratulating him on tho arrival of tiie vessel in Australian waters. Sir Jamos Mills denied that his visit had specific referenco to shipping/matters. Regarding New Zealand rumours as to a probablo increase in freights, ho merely remarked that imaginative people wero sometimes given to missthtomcnts. .
