CANADA'S NAVAL BILL.
' OVERCOMING OBSTRUCTION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, April 24. In the Canadian House of Commons, the Closure Bill introduced by tho Prime Minister, with the objeot of ending tlio Liberal obstruction to the Naval Bill, was read o second time. The Conservative press hail tho passage of tho Closure Bill as the greatest of Mr. Borden's personal triumphs, and predict that tho Naval Bill is now certain to pass. It is -understood tho Senate is not likely to attempt to kill the latter measure.
