SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for increasing northerly and easterly winds, cloudy and unsettled weathor, with rain following generally. Tho barometer lias a falling tendency everywhere. Increasing cloudiness has been reported generally, and rain in the far north. A northerly gale is also reported at Oape Maria van Dlemen, but elsewhere tho winds have been variable, with easterly breezes predominating' Tho barometer is now falling steadily. D. 0. BATES.
