Messrs. Harcourt and Co. wffl sell by public auction to-day, at 2.30 p.m., in their auction rooms, No. 195 Lambton Quay, under instructions from the owner, Mr. W. Hargreaves, five vacant level building sections at Petone. Four of them are situated in one block, having a frontage of 40ft. bv a depth of 100 ft. to Aurora Street. The remaining section lias a frontage of 40ft. to Buick Street by a depth of 100 ft. The auctioneers state that all the sections are excellent residential sites, and are ready to .commence building immediately.
