The first meeting of the Management Committed, of i'ha Horowhonua Rugby Union was held on _ Thursday evening, Mr. J. Procter presiding. Proctor and Broughton are appointed to make arrangements concerning 'the Manakau ground. It was decided that tluv prico of admission to-all matches, including ropresentativo games, bo reduced from Is. to Gd. It was resolved to postpone no matches on account of bail weathor, provided the roads wore pnssable. In tho caso of a representative match, it was decided that th 9 cup future for that day be played on tho following week. It was also agreed to make an endeavour typromoto a third-class coinpetition, when teams from tho Otaki Natiyo College, Training Farm, and Lovin High School could join in.
