[Specially Written for The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Tomato Soup. Grilled Fish. Potatoes. Cauliflowers. Date Pudding. GRILLED riSII. Split open a small fish, remove the head and trim it neatly, wipe it dry, sprinkle both sides with popper and salt, and grill over a clear fivo (or on gas-griller), having well greased the gridiron to prevent the fish sticking. Cook till nicely coloured and thoroughly done. Put a piece of butter on it, a squeeze of lemon juice and some finely-minced parsley. Servo as hot as possible. roil TO-MORROW. Stock (whito if possible), Onion, Celery, Turnips. Cold Mutton. Curry Powder. Jam Pastry.. FOR SUNDAY. Fish. Stock. Oysters. Leg of Pork. • Stuffing. Apples. Oranges. Cream. Grated' Cheese. . Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
