MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) In the Magistrate's- Court yesterday morning Frank M'Guiro was fined £1, in default three days' imprisonment, for having stolen a clock belonging to Andrew Jl'Grath. For insobriety, Nora. Nugent wns sentenced to one month's imprisonment; Henry Irwin was fined 10s.; James Brecn was fined 10s.; and Peter ATGrat-h was fined 10s.
