Godber, H. Baldwin, W. Freeman, B. E. Gardiner, A. Galloway, ]!. Fletcher, G. Nash, F. ; T. Moore, J. Smith, A. H. Hindmais'li, D. Robertson, and the Rev. W. A. Evans. Consideration 'of committee reports (the , recommendations o£ these comnutlees havo already been published), occupied a vcrj brief space of time, _ the matters dealt witli being nioinly administrative questions of domestic routine It was reported thai; a special meeting of tho committee held for the purpose of ;; further considering tlio estimated ; expen- ' dituro for 1913-11 it was unanimously re-.,., solved that tho estimates ,as adopted by tho board l>o not altered. . It was resolved: "That in cxerciso of •: tho powers conferred npon it by Sub-sec-tion 2 of Section 57 of tho Hospitals and Charitable Institutions' Act, 1909. tho Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid v Board, in anticipation of oontributionn mid subsidy for the lii'i<mcia,l year ending March 31. 1914, do borrow from its bankers, tlio Bank uf New Zealand, from time to lime os required by way of overdraft on its ordinary account, the sum of .£2OOO or any sum not excelling I hat amount, at interest at ihe current rate." ! . .
