[Specially Written for Tiie Dominion.] • TUESDAY. Tomato soup, l'icklert pork. Potatoes. Parsnips. Apple fritters. APPLE FRITTERS. Two ounces flour, 1 egg, i gill tepid water, 1 dessertspoon oiled butter or salad oil, a pinch of salt, apples. Mix the flour with tlio yolk of egg and oil or butter, add water by. degrees. Just before using beat tho white to a stiff froth with a pinch of salt, mix in with the butter; peel tho apples thinly, remove cores, and quarter, dip in the batter, and fry in plenty of hot fat. Fresh, rather green, cooking apples answer lest for these fritters. FOR TO-IIORROW. Rice. Slock. Onion. Two pounds nico mutton chops. Pears for stewing. Defiance Butter. Ail Grocers.*
