HERTZØG AND BOTHA.
A RESOLUTION OF NO-CONFIDENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association-fJopyright Bloemfontoln, April 18. Tlio National Vigilance Committee,- representing supporters of General Hortzog, passed a resolution of no-confidenco in General Botha, and disapproved of any increase in tho Naval contribution of the Union, on the ground that tlio prosperity of South Africa, was not sufficient to warrant such an increase.
It was also resolved that where the interest's of .South Africa and tho Empire did not coincido. South Africa's interests should be - given precedence. In this connection the nativo and Asiatic questions were cited.
