Some youths have confessed to tho Dudley Castle outrage which was attributed to Suffragettes. Several witnesses identified tho two Suffragettes in llolloway Prison as tho perpetrators of tho Unglefield Green outrage. A canister of gunpowder, surrounded by inflammable material and burning candles, has been found at tho Aberdeen railway station. It is supposed to be tho work of Suffragettes. A BOMB. '(Rec. April 20, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 19. A bomb, placed on tho steps of tho Smeaton Tower at Plymouth, contained half a pound of gunpowder. Tho wick had been lighted, but tho wind had l extinguished it. Tho following inscription whs attached: "Votes for women or death." THE CHARGE AGAINST MR. LANSBURY. London, April 18. Mr. George Lansbury, ex-M.P., and Mrs. Drummond were remanded at the Police Court on a charge of incitement to crime. "DEATH OR LIBERTY." London, April 18. Two Suffragettes hoisted flags on the Fife Monument. The flags wcro inscribed: "Death or Liberty!" The women threw leaflets, and then took refuge in a house. They bolted tho door, but the polico broke in the door and arrested them. A largo force of polico protected the Suffragettes from u huge, threatening crowd, which shouted: "Duck them in the Thames." After they had been sheltered, at the police station for some hours they were releasjd. 1
