There are reports of fighting at ICumanovo, where Bulgarian volunteers defeated Servian troops. The latter fled, leaving eighty dead and wounded. MINISTER SHOT AT. (Rec. April 20, 5.5 p.m.) Bucharest, April 19. During the sitting of Parliament, a Macedonian fired several shots ,at ,M. Jonesen, Minister of tho Interior, but missed. The Macedonian was arrested.
