Tho Tsar reduced tho sentence passed on Colonel Kuliubko, former Chief of tho Kieff Political Police, to four months' imprisonment. [Colonel Kuliabko was in charge of the Secret Polico at tho lime of tho assassination of M. Stolypin. He was bonlcnced by tho District Court to sixteen months' detention in a. fortress for neglect in tho administration of funds awl (ho forgery of vouchers.!
