April 18. 10.20 p.m.) Vienna, April IS: The differences between tho Balkan Allies as to their respective shares of Macedonian territory m'o threatening to lead to an open rupture, Tho Servians havo moved.a division to Eowgel, while tho Bulgarians aro at Doiran (about -10 miles north of Salonika). Tho outposts of the two armies aro only a few kilomotres apart. Traffic on the Salonika and Debcd railway has been suspended owing to differences between tho Greek and Bulgarian military authorities. Tho Greeks are demanding tho right to guard tho line, and Bulgarians aro refusing to agree to this. Greece has concentrated 120,000 men at Salonika, and is hastily fortifying tho city. SERVIAN-BULGARIAN RELATIONS. . DAILY BECOMING WORSE. (liec. April 18, 10.10 p.m.) Belgrade, April 18. On the ground that tho time was inopportune, the Primo Minister, M. Pasics, declined to reply to an interpellation in tho Skupstchiua concerning Servia's relations with Bulgaria. The Nationalists thereupon vehemently assailed the Premier, even threatening his life. .' , ' Tho Skupstchina, however, adhered to the Premier's decision. Eolations with Bulgaria are daily bocoming worse. The newspapers arc violently outspoken despite tho censorship. AT SCUTARI. WITHDRAWAL OF THE SERVIANS'. (Ike' April 18, 10.20 p.m.) Vienna, April 18. Tho Powers have raised the blockado of Aiitivari, in order to allow the Servian forces.aiding tho Montenegrins at Scutari to return by sea to Salonika, as the snowdrifts have made.the roads from Scutari to Macedonia impassable. MONTENEGRINS SOLE BESIEGERS. (Rec. April 18, 10.20 p.m.) Vienna, April IS. King Nicholas has thanked Colonel Boyovitch, commanding the Servian troops at Scutari, for his intended brotherly help, and added that tho Montenegrins would continue the siego alone. AT CHATALJA. THE FIGHTING SUSPENDED. Sofia, April 17. No armistice has been signed. At Chatalja, tho fighting has been suspended for a few days, professedly to bury tho dead. However, it is generally considered that the last shots havo bsen fired, and that Bulgaria is ready for peace, because she has practically settled the matter of the border line with 'Turkey, and objects to continue tho fighting for tho benefit of ' the Servians and Greeks, and tho consolidation of their occupation. . RUSSIAN ATTACHE LEAVES HUE; ■ RIEDLY. (Rec. April 18, 10.20 p.m.) . Vienna, April 18. Tho \"Zeit" states Colonel Zankevitch, a military-attache at the Russian Embassy, has left Vienna hurriedly. It alleges that ho had had dealings with Lieut. Jandric, who is charged with espionage, and Jandric's brother, who is an artist. LOAN FOR MONTENEGRO. (Rec. April 18, 10.20 p.m.) ' London, April 18. The Ambassadors' Conference has agreed to provide a loan of 30,000,000 francs (about .£1,200,000) for Montenegro to compensate her for her failure to secure Scutari.
