Buchanan, who took the property up from the Crown over 30 years ago, and held and profitably worked it to the date of his death. Tho Port of Wyndhani offers exceptional facilities for the shipment of cattle, for which there is an extensive market in Western Australia, and in Manila (Philippine Islands) with which a profitable and increasing trade has been established. Tho establishment of Freezing Works at Ports of Shipmont is proposed, and these, when completed, will bring "WAVE HILL" into close touch with the markets of the world. A further outlet for surplus cattle in Queensland and New Soutli Wales, to which there is a goon route. The whole of the country is sound and' healthy, especially- adapted for the breeding and fattening of cattlo and hurses, and, owing to the almost unfailing regularity of the seasons, the danger of losses from drought is practically nil. Tho carrying capacity, by a comparatively small outlay, can be immensely, increased, and, as the rents and working expenses are very small, profitable working of the property should be constantly increasing.
