Moderate to strong easterly breezes probable in the south, with fair to cloudy and cold weather generally. Tho barometer is unsteady in the north, but little movement anticipated at present. Showers have fallen on tho eastern coasts of both islands, and tho weather has been generally cold and changeable, with strong east to south-easterly winds northward of .
