[.Specially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Mulligatawny soup. Irish stew. Potatoes. Swedes. Slewed fruit. Tnpioea pudding. SUNDAY. Artichoke soup, ltoast goose. Applo sauce. Baked potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Plum pudding. Sweet sauce. Applo and ratafia pudding. FOR SUFFER.' Cold roast goose. Salad. Orange tartlets. Fruit'salad. Cream. APPLE AND. It ATA HA. PUDDING. One and a half pounds cooking apples, 3oz. Demerarn sugar, | pint water, 2oz. ratafia biscuits, 1! whites of eggs, 2oz. ,castor sugar. Dissolve brown sugar in water and boil two minutes. Peel and euro apples, cut in quarters, and udd to syrup. Simmer till tender, then stir in ratafias, pour into a greased picdisli. Whip tho whites stiff, add castor sugar, and spread tliis meringue over tho apples. Dredgo well with castor sugar, and bake a i light brown in a moderate oven. Defiance Butter. All Grocerc*
