Ono nnd a half ounces rice (well washed), 2oz. grated chocolate, loz. butter, 1 pint, milk, 1 em, yolk and whito separated. Put the milk and rice into a stew-pan and let them simmer till the rico is tender, add the grated chocolato and let it dissolve. Take the stew-pan off tho fire, add the yolk of egg and stiffly whisked whito of egg, and pour the mixture into a well-buttered pie-dish. Put tho remainder of the butter in small piecea on the top, dredge with castor sugar mid bake in a moderato oven for • about 20 minutes. " POIi TO-MORROW." Stock. Tomatoes. Sweetbreads. Suet.
