MASTERTON NOTES.

(From Our Special Correspondent.) Masterton, April 11. The Masterton Dairy Company has received advice that the butter consigned by the Corinthic realised 119s. lid. per c'wt. on. the-London market. A number of Masterton Territorials proceeded to the Oringi camp this morning. Most .'of them are, putting in four extra days at the camp, as they have not completed the service required of them during the year. William Lands, a member of the Red Star Football Club, sustained a fractured collarbone while playing in a practice match on Saturday last. The Masterton Dairy Company decided at its meeting on Saturday last to pay suppliers nt the rate of lOid. per lb. for last month's butter-fat. , Mr. A. M'Farlane, of Pahiatua, has been nominated for the representation of tho Wairarapa Ward on the Wellington Harbour Board. Mr. C'. E. Daniell will probably be nominated to-day. Anniversary services in connection with Knox Sunday School were held yesterday. In spite of inclement weather tho attendances were large, and special music was rendered by a' choir, under the baton of Mr. R. J. Young.
