TRADES UNION BILL.
EXPLAINED BY MR, OSBORNE, By Telegraph—Fress Association-Copyright London, April 11. Mr. W. V. Osborne, of Osborno judgment fame, in a speech explaining tho purposo of tho Trades Union Bill now before Parliament, said tho Bill was not intended lo reverse the Osborno judgment, forbidding levies by unions for political purposes, but to proveot the creation of a corrupt, tyrannical caucus, similar to that of tho trades hall of Australia, by which trado unionists are compulsorily pledged to support any candidate dumped on a. constituency.
