The Kaiser welcomed at Homburg tho Duke of Cumberland and'his family, including Prince Ernst August, the Duke's son, who is to marry the Kaiser's only daughter, Princess Victoria Louise. The city :s decorated. Crowds witnessed tho reconciliation between the Kaiser and the Houso of Cumberland, ending the long-standing dispute which, when the Duchess of Cumberland died; led the Kaiser to refuse to attend the funeral, and forbid any member of the Hohonzollprn family to attend.
