The testimonies which we have published-invariably' give the name and ' address of the witness and the date of his ' testimony, so that' they are open to the : fullest investigation.. We would have reasonable cause of complaint but for the fact that it shows their inability to set aside the mass of evidence given by individuals from their personal knowledge • that the system (which the league is proposing for -New Zealand) does not set up the difficulties which our opponents al- • lege.—ram, etc.,- • - D.
