He was convicted and ordered to pay £o, the rnlue of the machine, in default 11 days' imprisonment. . Frederick Williams wf.s fined X' 3 in default 14 days' imprisonment for committing a certain act. * Carl I'. Johnson was charged with playing "two-up." He was remanded until April 18. Charles Barham, charged with insobriety, was fined 205., in default seven days' imprisonment and was made the subject of a prohibition order.
