TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Tohialo Soup. Stuffed linked Fish. Mashed Potatoes. Cabbage. Steamed Date Pudding. STEAMED DATE PUDDING. Three ounces bntter, 3oz. sugar, Goz. flour. 1 small teaspoon baking powder, juice of half a lemon, little -grated ■nutmeg, jib. dates, 2 eggs, half-gill milk. Beat butter and sugar to a crcam. add well-beaten eggs, then milk (gradually), then Hour .and baking powder, sifted; then add dates, chopped tine, nutmeg, and lemon juice; mix well, and pour into a greased mould; cover with greased paper, and steam for 0110 hour and a half. Serve with sweel; sauce. FOE TO-MORROW. ( Stock, curry ' powder, tripe, bacon rashers, mushrooms, peaches, suet. FOE SUNDAY. Whito stock, four largo onions, celery, one rabbit:, apples, pastry, sponge-cake, cucumber, and oranges. Defiance Butter. All Grocers.*
