WELSH CHURCH BILL BURNT.
DEMONSTRATION BY A VICAR, By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyrieUt London, April 7. The Rev. Sidney Jones, rector of Newmarket, Flintshire, North Wales, burnt ' tho Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill in the presonco of his parishioners. He intimated that it 'was his intention similarly to burn tho Bill 011 -the steps of St. Paul's Cathedral on Thursday next. Tho authorities' of St. Paul's declare, however, that they will nat allow him to do so.
