After a considerablo, amount of corny ' spondeuco and an endeavour to nso a technical defect in tho judgment given by tho Teachers' Appoal Court iu tho Stagpoolo case, a settlement has been arrived at, the institute paying all costs awarded, except the assessors' fees' and tho JC2 2s. a day (,£lB 18s.) allowed to Mr. Fred. Piram (which ho cTected' to abandon if tho other costs wero pa:id).
