—— DEPARTMENT PROVIDES A COACH, In connection with tlio police laminations to be held, under tho new regulations, in September next, the Police Department luis mado arrangements with mi expETt educational eoacli, under which he will instruct candidates 1 coming up for examination. The services of the coach, will ho available free of charge, and' ho, will convey instruction in all tho subjects in which a knowledge is required on, tho part of candidates, with tho exception of statute law awl polico duties. Instruction will bo carried on by correspondence, so that policemen and detectives in any part of tho Dominion will 1m enabled to avail themselves of tho assist? anco of tho coach. , '
