MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Hiddell, S.M.) : POLICE CASES. ' ' At the magistrate's Court, before Itr. W. G-. liiddell, S.M., on Saturday, Norman Frasiff, charged ivitli stealing at Christchureh, on March 7, a ring and a hanglo of a total valuo of 10s„ the property of Alexander Fraser, was remanded to apfeir at Cliristchurcli. Andrew Olsen, before tlio Court charged with insobriety, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. Accused had been oonvicted. several times in the last six months. Harold ICerr, alias Jack Jones, alias "Scotty," pleaded guilty to being an idle and;disorderly person. Ho was remanded till April 8 for sentence. .
