The views of botn sides have been noted lor furthor reference to their respective Governments. Good progress was made, It is now found to bo impossible for .Messrs. Tudor and Fisher to confer with Mr. Foster, the Canadian Minister for ; Customs. The latter has notified that he will be unable to reach Melbourne before,the end of the month, by which time itr. Fisher,will have returned to ' ffisw Zealand. .
