! ===== ' The coming sale of tho subdivisions o{ tlio famous Mokau-Jlohakatino Block, situated on tlio Jloknu River, Taranaki, which is set down for May 7, at tho rooms of Messrs. Abraham anil Williams, Palmorston ijiorth, should prove mi event of considerable interest to those in searoh of land. Tho sections, which range in size from some SCO to 3000 acres, aro situated on tho southern bank of tho Mokau River, 43 utiles north of 'Waitara, nnd about 5!) miles from New Plymouth. Access to the block is possible by wny of tlip river, but.tho principal menus in by road. The soil is stated to bo, generally speaking, first-class, and there is ■ good permanent water obtainable on all the sections, while the estimated . currying capacity of the block when felled and in grass is sot down at from 2to sheep per acre.
