It' was decided that the- Mangapouri Creek should be cleaned out, tendjrs for the work to be in by April 10. Commissioners Mackie, Maids, and the chairman were' appointed to draft bylaws and submit them at the next liieetirs. It was decided that arrangements I>j made for a .£IOO overdraft.
