Tho shareholders also claim to have tho control of tho bank restored to thorn, the Government having a minority on tho board, but retaining tho appointment of an auditor and tho present veto, which equalises control., Tlio shareholders nro prepared, when tho board is reconstructed, to furnish .£2,000,000 of capital as ' required.
