CIVIL BUSINESS.
. (Before Dr. M'Arthur, S.M.) CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. Henry Ilenson, plumber, Wellington, claimed 7s. Gd. from tlio Colonial Carrying Co. of Now Zealand, Ltd., 'Wellington, as damages sustained on February 5 through a servant of the defendant so negligently and unskilfully driving a horse and cart in Manners Street that the vehicle was forced against a-motor-cyclo belonging to Henson. Mr. E. M. Watson appeared for'plaintiff and Mr. T. Young for the defendant. Judgment is tq bo given on Tuesday. In tho list of undefended civil cases heard at tho 'Stipendiary Magistrate's Court on Thursday the names of "Walter Smallbone and Edith G. Barry" were mentioned. It should have read "Walter Smallbone v. Edith G. Barry."
