TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] THUItSDAY. Onion soup. Sea. pie. Potatoes. Baked • parsnips, linked rolypoly. Saute. SEA PIE. Ono pound stewing steak, one small onion, ono small .carrot, popper aud salt, half-ounce flour, suet, and pastry. Wipe tho meat, cut in. slices, and dip in teatoned flour. Cleaai tho vegetables, aud cut !in slices. Put a layer.ol meat in a stew-' pan, then a layer of vegetables, and so on until it is all in. Just cover with hot stock or water, bring to the boil, then simmer for three-quarters of an hour. Malio ft round of suet pastry, lay this on tho top of tho meat, and cook steadily for one hoitr. When cooked,' lift out tho crust, turn tho meat on to a hot dish, pour the gravy over, and place the crust on top. FOR TO-irOKKOW. Stock, tomatoes, oysters, soft breadcrumbs. Defiance Butter.
