[.Specially Written for The Dominion.] MONDAY.Kidney soup. Irish stew. Potatoes. 1 umpkin. Curate puddings. Jam sauce. CTJBATE PUDDINGS. Two eggs and their weight in butter, sugar and flour, flavouring, and a pinch of salt. Beat the butter and sugar to ft cream, beat up the eggs well, and add to the butter and sugar. Sift in the flour and flavouring. ■ Butter some moulds or some cups; fill a'little more than half full and bake about 20 minutes. Turn out and serve hot. (These puddings should be beaten 15 minutes at least; the more they are beaten the nicer they will be.)
