Mr. W. A. Kemp, a draughtsman in the Public Works Department, died very suddenly at his home in Freyling Street, Island Bar! on Thursday evening, A few days ago Mr. Kemp, on consulting a doctor, was informed that ho had strained his heart,'but his. painfully sudden death was quite unexpected. Mr. Kemp was 3D years of age.' He had been in the service of the Public Works Department for ten years, and was extremely popular with , his feilow-officers.
