V. Waters, have been zealously rehearsing, and their items—"TUq Soldiers' Chorus" and "Comrades in Arms"— should bo' given "very capablo treatment. The .OrpheusjQuaTtet will also be heard in -acceptable" numbers.. Mr. Caton, w.ho is from Home, is,a;.singer of the refined humour class,-and will 110 doubt be heard to advantage in his selection. It is his first nublic annearunoe in Wellington. Mr, Stanley Eankin will also bo heard in a liiimorous "sring, ".Which should contribute towards tlio entortaimnent of the evening. Two features'"of the programmo should be the singing of Mr. Hamilton Hodges and Miss Phoebe Parsons. Tho former has selected one of the most attractive gems in his .repertoire, and Miss Parsons will be heard in a most powerful Italian selection.
